Enrolled homeowner clients receive our Homeowner's e-Link News newsletter on a quarterly basis, beginning the month after enrollment. Included in each and every issue, readers will find:

Your photo and contact information.

Professionally written articles that are topical, relevant and ideal to print and save.

A direct e-mail link back to you for advice or to offer referrals.

Using e-Link Retention is as easy as point, click and type

When you become a member of the e-Link Retention Plan you will select a user ID and password to access your e-Link database. This ID and password ensures the security and confidentiality of your client information.

The first step is to take a few minutes to set up the personalization you'll want in your newsletter. By completing your agent profile you'll select the elements that will be featured such as phone numbers, e-mail and office address, and web links.

Once your profile is finished you're ready for step two... enrolling your clients.

For each client, we'll ask a few basic questions. Most are optional but the answers will help create the relevancy in the newsletter that your clients will value and will best reflect your professionalism.

Enroll them all at once or just a few at a time. It's up to you. As an e-Link member you have access to your database 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Log on anytime and add to your client list, edit or delete clients, check contact history or even update your own profile. It's all just a click away!

Once enrolled, your clients will continue to receive the newsletter until you delete them from your list, they ask to be removed, or you cancel your membership.
