We collect information in order to provide you product information that we believe may be of interest to you and your business. Information is collected for the following reasons:

• BizRet collects data so that we may display the personalized content you have requested be included in your client newsletter.
• Your computer, and those of your clients, utilize particular IP (Internet Protocol) addresses. While this can tell us what part of the world you are coming from, or what service provider you are using, we do not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information.
• When utilizing our client registration database system, we will ask you for contact and demographic information used to send your newsletter to your client list and to provide them with news or promotional offers from our partners. They will be able to opt out of receiving any of these promotional mailings. Demographic information may be used to customize article content in future issues of the newsletter. Surveys may ask for contact information to increase the value of the results. By providing your contact information you will be eligible to acquire user ID's and passwords that will allow you to access, update and monitor your account on the BizRet system.
• Browsers offer so-called "cookies" which, if their use is allowed, store small amounts of data on your client's computer about their visits to any of the sites listed in our newsletters. Cookies assist us in tracking the features your clients like best and enable us to better customize future content. However, cookies can tell us nothing of a personal nature unless that information is provided to us, by you, or by your client.

As our customer, you have the option to discontinue participation in the e-Link Retention Plan at any time, simply by notifying us in writing at P.O. Box 23, Bastrop, TX 78602. Upon receipt of your request, we will close your account and remove all personal information and client names from our system.
You also have the option to add or delete personal information or clients at any time by using your password on our web site.
